There are 4 common processes for mobile phone case customization: printing, IMD, water stickers and pad printing. Each of the four processes has its own characteristics, and which process to use is determined according to the different needs of customers. Therefore, we can first understand the characteristics of these four processes, so that we can give better solutions when we receive customer inquiries.

The first is the printing process. Usually, printing generally refers to UV printing. In the mobile phone case customization industry, this is the most common process. It is characterized by short construction period and fast delivery. Only the printing process has TPU soft shell. You can choose two materials: PC hard shell and UV printing process. The UV printing process is suitable for all materials. The pattern can only be printed on the surface of the mobile phone case, and the side cannot be printed. It can print flat effect and relief effect. The layer feels oily, and it feels very good after adding the feel oil. Our UV printing technology is mature, using Japanese Ricoh G5 nozzle and imported Korean ink, the printing effect is clear and delicate, which is very competitive in the current market. The same print product is already available worldwide.

The second is the IMD mobile phone case customization process. The full English name of IMD is In-Mold Decoration, which is translated into Chinese as in-mold decoration technology, also known as coating-free technology. The IMD process pattern can be wrapped to half of the frame (in-mold decoration process), and the pattern is injected inside the phone case to ensure that it will never fade, and the surface can be made of smooth hand and fine matte hand. We use imported high-definition printing equipment to print sheets, and use real machine to open professional molds to ensure the accuracy and fit of the product holes. Using imported TPU raw materials, the hand feels soft, the finished product has high-end texture, and the pattern is clear and delicate.

The third is the water sticking process. There are also many custom water sticking processes for mobile phone cases, because the pattern can be done on the side of the entire mobile phone case, the overall feeling is stronger, the picture is clear, and the restoration is high. For PC full package and PC half package, we use plate making machine for printing, using Heidelberg extended printing equipment, Japanese four-line plate making machine, high-quality high-transparency hand-feeling oil, delicate and firm to the touch, and genuine at a reasonable price.

The last one is the pad printing process, which is used a little less in the customization of mobile phone cases. It is mainly suitable for simple patterns, such as single-color or two-color simple patterns. The bottom case needs colors other than regular colors. The MOQ is small, the lines are clear, and the color is not easy to fade. The color of the bottom case can be specified.
