2. Can UG parting, full 3D, CAD ranking;

3. Proficient in using UG, CAD and other mold design related software;

4. Be able to independently analyze and complete the entire mold design; be familiar with the mold processing process.

job requirements:

1. Familiar with the characteristics of TPU and PC, more than 5 years working experience in TPU tuning;

2. Familiar with the structure and performance of injection molds and injection molding machines, and can be proficient in debugging injection molding machines;

3. Deal with abnormal quality and production at the production site, arrange machine personnel reasonably, and improve the production capacity of the team;

4. Instruct technicians to work and improve the technical strength of the team.

1. Familiar with the characteristics of TPU and PC plastic raw materials;

2. Familiar with mold structure, injection molding and product secondary processing, skilled in debugging injection molding machine;

3. Good expression and communication skills;

4. Can bear hardships and stand hard work, obey arrangements, and have experience in on-site management of injection molding workshops.

2. Familiar with TPU, PC plastic materials, mold structure, injection molding and product secondary processing;

3. Review the model and track the progress of the mold;

4. Good communication and coordination skills.

job requirements:

1. More than three years working experience in injection molding quality;

2. Familiar with common defects and judgment criteria of TPU protective sleeve is preferred;

3. Record and report product abnormalities; organize and file inspection records.

5. QC experience in plastics or related industries is preferred.
